DPF CLEANING FAQ
Do you remove the DPF from my vehicle?
No we dont have the facilites to remove them, we advise you get your mechanic to remove it for you, however if your mechanic can't do it for you or you are unable to get a mechanic we can always recommend one for you. They will remove it and put it back on once we have cleaned it, you would need to get a quote for this from the mechanic as our prices only include the cleaning of your DPF.
What guarantee do you offer?
We stand by our service and offer a 12 month no quibble warranty, if you feel that your DPF is not clean and all other options have been explored we will clean it again for you for FREE!!
Can you collect my DPF?
We have a van that collects and delivers in Cumbria and surrounding areas on a Wednesday each week, we go as far as Dumfries.
We also travel in the opposite direction on a Thursday which takes us to Blackpool, Preston and surrounding areas.
Both of these collections are weekly so if you require your DPF back sooner you should ask us for a quote to return it using a courier.
If your located anywhere else in the UK we can arrange for a courier to collect and return your DPF again you will need to contact us for a quote.
Please note we are not responsible for items in transit we endeavour to have items collected and delivered in a timely manner but take no responsibility for items that may be lost or damaged in transit
How long will it take?
Our aim is to clean your DPF and have it back with you within the day, we understand that you need your vehicle for day to day life and work so we aim to have a fast turnaround.
A DPF clean for a car usually takes around an hour including drying and Larger vehicles DPF will take longer as they need a longer drying cycle.
How much does it cost?
DPF Cleaning prices may vary however a DPF cleaning cost for a car would be £175 plus VAT, Larger vehicles will be more. All DPF's are cleaned using our DPF Cleaning machine no harsh chemicals are added and it is environmentally friendly.
Can I wait while you clean my DPF
You certainly can wait or you could visit Lancaster or Morecambe where there are plenty of things to do and see.
